We want you to order with confidence from us so we do our very best to ensure that you will be delighted when you receive your photo frame. On the rare occasion that you may wish to arrange a cancellation, exchange, return or refund we are here to help.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order almost immediately upon placing it, you should contact our Customer Services by phone on 01225 310225 If your order has not yet been sent out we will be able to cancel it for you and arrange a full refund. If your order has been sent out, you will need to wait to receive it and then refer to our normal Refund Policy. (See below)

What is the loveframed Refund Policy?

We want you to be delighted with your photo frame, but if you decide you don’t wish to keep it you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery charge if you contact us in writing within 7 working days from receiving the goods, stating that you wish to cancel your order. Then you can just return it to us within 30 days of receipt, following our Guidelines for Returns, and we will arrange a full refund* onto the card that was originally used for the purchase. This policy is in line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

*If our Gift Service has been selected, you may still cancel your contract as above and receive a full refund for the photo frame and delivery costs. However we reserve the right to retain the cost of personalised photo printing and gift packaging as this constitutes a bespoke service.

What if my goods arrive damaged or faulty?

We are really sorry if a photo frame arrives damaged or is faulty as we take great care in the selection and delivery of our products. Please contact us by phone or e-mail straightaway so we can put things right as quickly as possible for you. Please do this before deciding to return the item. Click here to contact us.

How do I send a return?

Please follow our Guidelines for Returns and we will let you know by e-mail as soon as we have received your return.

 

Guidelines for Returns

  • We are sorry you wish to return your photo frame. It would be really helpful for us to know why, so please write your reasons for return on the delivery note you received with the goods and enclose this in the return package.
  • If you do not have your delivery note please include full details of your name, address, e-mail and telephone number so we can contact you easily.
  • Please return all items securely wrapped in their original packaging and take good care of them whilst they are in your possession. We can only accept products returned to us fit for re-sale unless you have given us prior notice that they are faulty and we have agreed a return (See Damaged or Faulty Goods)
  • Send your return by Royal Mail and obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.

Items are returned at your cost but the original delivery charge will be included in your refund.
