We offer two UK delivery speeds so you can select whichever best suits your needs. We despatch most orders the day they are received.

All our deliveries are made Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).

* Because of their geographical location, it is often necessary to allow an extra day for deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote parts of the UK.

FAQs

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

If you have selected Next Day Delivery you will definitely have to sign for your delivery as proof of receipt. If you have selected Standard Delivery it is possible that you may have to sign. Please bear this in mind when confirming your delivery address.

How do I know when my order has been sent?

When we send your order out for delivery we will e-mail you a confirmation that it is on its way. Wherever possible we send orders out the day they are placed.

I have ordered two photo frames. Is it possible to send them to different addresses?

Yes, you can type in a different delivery address for every photo frame you order if you wish. Just check your order summary before payment to make sure all delivery details are correct. We will store all your delivery addresses in your account so you can easily select them for future orders.

What happens if I have given you the wrong address?

If you realise there is a mistake in the delivery address you have given us please get in touch by phone as soon as you can. If the order has not been despatched we can rectify the error easily. If we have already despatched the order and it is returned to us by Royal Mail we will let you know immediately. We can then re-send to the correct address at your cost. If it does not arrive with you or back with us we are not obliged to re-send the order.

Can I save on delivery costs and have two photo frames packaged together?

We take great care over our packaging to make sure your photo frames arrive undamaged and unfortunately, because of the fragile nature of the glass they contain, we are only able to package them singly.

Can you deliver to PO boxes?

We are sorry but we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

What about any customs duties or charges?

Any charges or customs duties payable on the goods will be levied once they reach the destination country. They will have to be paid by the recipient.

What about VAT refunds?

All our prices for goods and delivery are quoted only in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. We do not have the facility to refund this VAT if your goods are being sent outside the EEC.
